Executive director
You will be responsible for overseeing the financial, strategic and legal aspects of our organization, as well as establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Our non-profit organization brings together adventurous and entrepreneurial people by going on adventures together #informalnetworking. We organize both local adventurous/sporty activities such as sunset sailing, wakeboard afterwork, etc, and international trips such as kitesurfing week, sailing week, ski week, etc. We are currently looking for two additional Executive Directors to strengthen our team. The division of tasks can be discussed. It requires several hours of work per week. The concept has a lot of potential so if ambitions are high you could eventually make it your job.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and finance
Legal aspects
Membership operations
Professionalization (CRM system, …), automation (invoices, mailings, …), and digitalization (eg online community, …)
Company's strategy to enable growth
Finding partners and sponsors
Profile:
You have experience in bookkeeping and finance, or are willing to learn.
You have knowledge of legal aspects or are willing to learn.
You have experience in professionalization, automation, and digitalization, or are willing to learn.
You are creative and interested in brainstorming about the company's strategy.
You have experience in finding partners and sponsors or are willing to learn.
You are proactive and have a hands-on mentality.
You are social and good in communication.
You are adventurous and chill.
A good level of English and Dutch is required.
