Cancellation by participant
Cancellations will be accepted by e-mail only (connect@adventurevenues.com) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee(s) and an acceptable reason and prove the attendee(s) cannot attend the conference.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend the event.
You can, at no additional cost, replace yourself with someone else.
• If you cancel 15 days or longer before the event: 0 % of the registration fee to pay
• If you cancel 8 to 14 days before the event: 50 % of the registration fee to pay
• If you cancel 0 to 7 days before the event: 100 % of the registration fee to pay
Cancellation by Adventure Venues
The organizer (Adventure Venues) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the organization cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, the organization has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registrations to the same event at the new, future date.
The above policies apply to all Adventure Venues activities unless otherwise noted on the corresponding activity page. Please read all individual activity information thoroughly.

Cancellation by participant
Below you find our cancellation charges:
If you cancel 70 days or more before travel: 0% of the total booking price to pay
If you cancel 69 - 63 days before travel: 30% of the total booking price to pay
If you cancel 62 - 49 days before travel: 50% of the total booking price to pay
If you cancel 48 - 29 days before travel: 70% of the total booking price to pay
If you cancel 28 - 15 days before travel: 90% of the total booking price to pay
If you cancel 14 - 0 days before travel: 100% of the total booking price to pay
Cancellation by Adventure Venues

If the organization cancels a trip or journey, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, the organization has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registrations to the same journey at the new, future date.
